So easy to deal with, I went into the Glasgow store and was seen straight away without an appointment. I picked my earring style, metal and stone. and the stone size.The staff were so friendly,helpful and informative and within no time my order was completed.My earring is beautiful and I have had many compliments on it.

From a previous order I thought I would be speaking with Samantha who was very kind and talked me through the finer points of the ring, which I appreciated especially when collecting the ring and meeting her. This time I found the transaction a bit impersonal. The ring is lovely and because it is smaller than anticipated I considered buying another, one each side of engagement ring. However I have decided against that idea.
